I focus on structured strength coaching and hardstyle kettlebell training that challenges you to push your limits while staying safe, efficient, and in control.

Every session is designed to develop real-world strength, improve movement quality, and create lasting results—not quick fixes.

My approach is simple but demanding. I coach you to train with intention, master the fundamentals, and progressively build strength over time. You’ll be challenged, but always with proper technique, clear progression, and attention to detail so you can train hard without breaking down.

I train clients of all ages and levels, from 12 to 87, both men and women.

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced athlete, the goal is the same: get stronger, move better, and build a body that performs in everyday life.
